Stephanie manages Corporate Innovation and partnerships at Xpdite Capital Partners.

She is convinced that startups are an inevitable source of corporate innovation to quickly test new ideas and drive execution at lower costs and reduced risks.

Prior to Xpdite, Stephanie worked at Amadeus IT Group, one of the world’s leading travel technology companies where she primarily held roles in Corporate Strategy and Business Development.

Since 2015, Stephanie led Amadeus Next, the leading travel tech startup community in Asia Pacific, engaging with hundreds of startups and ecosystem players across APAC and represented Amadeus Ventures in Asia.

Prior to Amadeus, Stephanie worked in the advertising industry in both Germany and Thailand.

She hold a Masters degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management and a BA in Media Design.
