Niwatjana is an Investment Manager at Xpdite Capital Partners. Her responsibility includes the analysis, due diligence work, monitoring the portfolio companies and reporting to the board and shareholders.

Prior to joining Xpdite, Niwatjana was an Investment Associate and Portfolio manager in the US$ 100M Corporate Venture Capital fund of The Siam Commercial Bank (SCB), where she led SCB’s investments in a number of sectors and geographies, with a specific focus on fintech, enterprise and Insurtech, while also proactively working with the management and board of 19 portfolio companies to execute growth and operational improvement strategies. The fund’s portfolio companies include Ripple, Go-Jek, 1Qbit, Pagaya, Demystdata, and CurrencyCloud, etc.

Before that, she spent four years at PYI capital company in Vietnam and Thailand, where she worked across various industries in Southeast Asia on cross-border M&A transactions, long-term strategic advisory projects, and local Private Equity transactions.

Niwatjana holds a BA in Business Administration from Thammasat University with a major in Finance and minor in Accounting.
